It’s been a while since I’ve posted, and in that time I’ve had moments where I’ve been bored in class and decided to pull out the sketchpad. Here’s a few of the choicest morsels from those times when I should have been paying attention to the lecture:

This is just a random little sketch I did. The foreshortening on the sword is way off, but meh. I think I was mainly trying to impress the girl sitting next to me.

This one is mainly because I spent a lot of time reading Sandman. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, of course

I may decide to pull this one into photoshop and ink and colour it. I’m quite stoked with how it turned out, though again, there are a few niggles. The hand is screwed, and I think the face is out of proportion, but that’s nothing that can’t be fixed by some careful digital inking. Can you see a theme here too?

I’ve been reading a lot of Neil Gaiman’s stuff lately, and REALLY wanted to do a drawing of Dream. Of course, it’s been a while since I’ve done any tablet stuff, so I busted that out.

I might work on a cel-shaded style picture of Death over the next couple of days. I love her so much

I’m a massive Spider-Man fan. Insanely massive.

I got to doodling and decided that I might as well try and make a finished work out of this. I’m updating with every step as soon as it’s completed. Hopefully it’ll be done by the end of today.

I got this in my head yesterday, and had to draw it in class. A silly geeky comic.

I know it’s completely unoriginal, but meh. I really need to work on my hand lettering.
