This time, however, I downloaded the K2 theme, and started raping it for my own means. It’s really good to screw with, as it’s got all the flashy bells and whistles any blog writer could wish for. Plus, it’s REALLY FREAKING EASY to set up another theme USING the theme, due to its use of kinda sub-theme-y sort of things.

Add that to the fact that I’ve got a new local web design setup, where I can test new code and designs on my own machine, rather than having to upload it to the server to see if it’s broken (thanks to the guys who made XAMPP) I’m now a mean green designing machine. Now, once I’ve got all this crap finished with, I’m gonna have to get started on a new site for the new webcomic I’m working on. That’ll be a lot of fun

Obviously you’ve noticed that there’s a blog here now. Yep, just a blog like so many other sites around. There’s no comics (yet), and at the time of writing, nothing but a default theme and a hello world entry. Later on, however, I plan to update this everyday with sketches, artwork, writings, and maybe even a little journal comic in the vein of Malfunction Junction.

So, obviously this is going to be just a personal site, does this mean that I’m out of the webcomic game for good? Nope. I’m currently working on designs, story arcs, and writing strips, as well as getting basic sketches down, for a new project, that will go up on a completely new domain. As for the old Infinite Stupidity strips, one day I’ll get around to uploading them onto a new site, or may even put them up on this site, one at a time, with a little commentary on it. The good thing about the digital age is that nothing dies forever.
